Supplies you will need:

Tube of Choice
Im using Pay To Use artwork of Jasmine Becket-Griffith
You will Need a License to use This Tube
You can Purchase this tube @ Creative Design Outlet
PTU Scrap Kit by Created By Jill New York City
Animation Shop
Plugin - EyeCandy 4000 HBS Noise
Any similarities to another tutorial is purely coincidental.

Now Let's Begin

Open a new 650 x 250
Flood your background with a dark Color
I Used Black as it Matched with my Tube.
Open one your papers
I used Paper 7 From Jills Kit

Open the New York Skyline Border
Resize the Skyline Border by 50%
Move the Skyline to the right so the
right side edge almost touches the edge.
Go to Adjust > Sharpness > Sharpen
Add a Small Drop Drop Shadow.
Not to much as we dont want our animation later messing up.

Open the SwirlyMess
Copy and paste the Swirly Mess as a new layer
Go to > Image > Resize by 75%
now go to Adjust > Sharpen > Sharpen Image
Drag the Swirly Mess Below the Skylines.
Now place the Swirly mess to the left
Duplicate the Swirly Mess and then
Go to > Image > Mirror
You should now have one on both sides.
Merge down the two Swirly Mess's together.

Open the New York City Ribbon 1
Copy and paste your ribbon as a new layer
Resize your Ribbon by going to
Image > Resize by 50%
Go To Image > Sharpen and Sharpen your Ribbon
Move your ribbon to the right side of your image.
Now Duplicate your Ribbon
Go to Image > Mirror > Image > Flip
Now your ribbon should be on both sides.
Merge down the two ribbons
Give your ribbons a small drop shadow.

Open the Beads and paste them as a new layer
Now we are going to drag the beads to the bottom of
your layers so that it is above your white background layer
Place it where you think is best as I have Placed it to the
left and to the right of my image.
Simple drop shadow the Beads.
Not to much Remeber we are going to be animating the image.
( You dont have to animate it)

Click on the top layer
Open your Tube of choice as Im using
A PTU Artist Purchased From CDO
Resize your image as Nessecary as I Resized
mine by 75%.

Now Add your name and Coprright Information as
we are going to proceed with our animation.

Click on the Skylin Layer
Duplicate it two times for a total of 3 Skylines
Click your top skyline
go to Effects > Eye Cany4000 > HBS NOISE
Use the default settings as Shown Below.

Click your 2nd Skyline Layer
Go to Effects > EyeCandy 4000 > HBS NOISE
Now click the Random Seed Button once.

Click your 3nd Skyline Layer
Go to Effects > EyeCandy 4000 > HBS NOISE
Now click the Random Seed Button once.

Now go to your 2nd and 3rd skyline and X out the eye
Click on your top Skyline and Merge Visible.
Go to Edit > Copy
Go to your Animation Shop and Paste it as a new animation

Go back to your Psp and go to Edit > UnMerge
X out Skyline 1 and Un X Skyline 2
Merge Visible and go to Edit > Copy
Go back to animation shop and Paste your Image
After the Current Frame.

Go back to your Psp and go to Edit > UnMerge
X out Skyline 2 and Un X Skyline 3
Merge Visible and go to Edit > Copy
Go back to animation shop and Paste your Image
After Current Frame again.

In the animation shop go to edit > select all frames
then go to frame properties and change the frame properties
to 30. Play your animation and Save it as a .GIF
