Supplies you will Need

Paint Shop Pro any Version
Experience of Paint Shop Pro
Tube of Choice
I am Using License PTU Artist by Valarie Wade
You can purchase the tube from My Tag Art

Scrap kit of Choice
I am using Chili Designs "Round About"
You can also Purchase this Scrap Kit at My Tag Art
No Plugins Required
Mask of Choice
Any similarities to another tutorial is purely coincidental

Lets Get Started :)

Open a new canvas 800x800
(Don't worry you can resize later)

Grab your flood fill tool and fill it with white
Grab a paper and paste it as a new layer
Open and minimize your mask
Go to Layers / New Mask Layer / From Image/
In the drop down box find your mask and select it OK

Go to your Layer Pallete and click on the mask
Right Click your Mask and Merge Group
Open your Rope Frame
Copy and paste your frame as a new layer
Go to Image / Resize / By 75%

Be sure your Frame is in the center of your canvas
Open your Leaves and paste them onto your canvas
Go to image / Resize by 70%
Place the leaves at the bottom of the frame
Place it a little to the left
Give your Leaves a drop Shadow
H-1
V-1
Blur - 5
Opacity - 35
Duplicate your Leaves
Go to image / Mirror
Be sure your Duplicate goes under the Original
You may have to move your leaves over a little

Open the Round up Swirl
Copy and paste it as a new layer
Go to Image / Resize by 75 %
Place it a little to the Right
(Use my Image for Preference)

Open Your Sparkly
Paste it on to your canvas
Resize your Sparkly by 50%
Go to Adjust / Sharpen / Sharpen More
Now move your sparkly to the Top Left corner of your Frame

Open up a long stem Flower
Paste your flower on to your canvas
Resize it to your liking
Move the flower to the left side of your frame
Give your flower the same drop shadow we previously used

Open the Cloud
Paste your cloud onto your canvas
Resize your cloud by 70%
go to Adjust / Sharpen / Sharpen more
Place your cloud to center of your canvas on top your leaves
(Use my Image for Preference)

Open your tube of Choice
Paste your tube onto your Canvas
Resize your Tube by 80%
Place your tube so it looks like its sitting
on the center of the cloud
Use the same drop shadow we previously used on your tube

I Used the Alpha from Chili's Scrap Kit which Is PTU
Place any alpha Under your tube
Add your Copyright Info and Your Name
your all Done :)
